Al Duebber and his lawyer's real motivation for their law suit against me is political retaliation. Brigham and Duebber want me to not write, speak and likely not to even think a bad thought about them. They tried to use a phony law suit against me to impose prior restraint on my right of free speech, something that is more appropriate to a dictatorship than a free republic. "Laura's father" and Chip's "wife" are both public figures through their political involvement. Beyond that, this clearly indicates their false charges against me were bogus and without merit.
